   I just read your Charles Atlas "Student of the Month" page along with some other things....you're really inspiring me, Henry. I really have to get fit, strong, and healthy again...I have always been freakishly strong for a woman (you only have to worry about it if I decide to put you in a headlock...haha), but I find the old bod is betraying me the past couple years or so from being a workaholic, having too much stress in my life, not sleeping properly...and just getting older, I suppose. You're my new mentor. ;-)

   The youtube is the real Johnny Clarke (not me), he was in my first year of art college back in the UK. My friends in a band had me do his poems during their breaks.

   That was my 4th TV appearance, and have done readings of John Cooper Clarke on stage here in London Ontario at rowdy bars.
